Implementation research is the scientific study of methods to promote the systematic uptake of research findings and other evidence into policy and practice in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of health services and policy. In this E-workshop we will look at how you can use implementation science methods in your research and apply them to current projects you are working on.

David Peiris is Director of the Global Primary Health Care Program at the George Institute for Global Health, a Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, UNSW Sydney and works as a GP in Sydney, Australia.

Bob Mash is an established researcher in the field of family medicine and editor-in-chief of the African Primary Health Care and Family Medicine journal.
