Prof Mash will outline an approach to Content Validation, including use of the Delphi Technique. Dr Dullie will present on Construct Validity by discussing how to use Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor analysis to evaluate Convergent and Discriminant Validity.
Dr Luckson Wandani Dullie is a Family Physician based in Neno, Malawi. He received his medical training at the College of Medicine, University of Malawi, a Master’s degree in Family Medicine from the University of The Free State, South Africa and PhD from the University of Bergen, Norway. Dr Dullie is a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Family Medicine at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences in Malawi where he lectures on primary healthcare systems. He is also a visiting faculty at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda where he lectures on Global Health Delivery Leadership.
Prof Bob Mash is a Distinguished Professor at Stellenbosch University in Family Medicine and Primary Care. He is an established researcher and has conducted several validation studies.
