This workshop equips participants with the skills to develop their own Quality Improvement (QI) projects. It covers the Model for Improvement, change ideas, PDSA cycles, and key QI tools, with an emphasis on providing practical tips for success. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of QI, its significance, how it differs from traditional research, and how to apply it in their local settings.
